Improv team training
For performers new and experienced. Whether you are interested in short or long form improv, I'll work with your group focusing on playful, game (premise) based technqiues to help you evolve, expand, and grow for your next performance. I can also help you navigate the world of planning, booking, promoting, and growing an audience.
Comedy has the power to help women recognize and embrace the fact that they are already strong, powerful individuals. Women make up more than half of the U.S. population. They earn almost 60 percent of undergraduate degrees and 60 percent of all master’s degrees. They earn 47 percent of all law degrees and 48 percent of all medical degrees. Despite this, American women lag substantially behind men when it comes to their representation in leadership positions. Women are only 25 percent of executive- and senior-level officials and managers, hold only 20 percent of board seats, and are only 6 percent of CEOs. Funny Girl is a program aimed at helping women use comedic tools to find their voice and feel empowered to use it.

I provide tried and true training and consulting "pivotlutions" – solutions that improve these skills in all areas of your business. This comprehensive approach became evident after working with several companies that just tried to put band-aids on their problems with a few hours of the training program and then wondered why it didn’t work. Frankly, you can’t just throw money at training without investing your team’s ongoing time to reinforce the training and encourage continuous learning. I don’t want to be your band-aid! Think of it as preventive care. Don’t let the health of your organization get so bad that you need life support.
